1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

2. Cancellation by Knoviq India
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock.
- Payment has not been successfully processed.
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
- Any other unforeseen issues that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Non-Cancellable Items
- Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once the production process begins.
- Certain promotional or clearance items may also be ineligible for cancellation. Such exceptions will be indicated on the product page.
5. Post-Dispatch Cancellations
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
