1. Eligibility
B2B / Wholesale Customers: For registered businesses, resellers, and distributors. Valid documents such as GST, Trade License, and PAN are required.
Individual Buyers: Individuals may place orders if approved by Knoviq India management or under special sales schemes.
Knoviq India reserves the right to approve or reject any registration or order at its sole discretion.
2. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account login credentials.
Unauthorized use should be reported immediately to support@knoviqindia.com.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and verification by Knoviq India.
Prices, availability, and discounts are exclusive to registered users and may change without prior notice.
Payments must be made through secure payment gateways provided on the portal.
Knoviq India may cancel or refuse orders in case of incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges are extra unless otherwise specified.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Bulk or customized orders may require additional processing time.
5. Cancellation Policy
Individual / Retail Orders:
Can be cancelled before shipment by contacting support.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed, but eligible replacement requests can be made.
B2B / Wholesale Orders:
Bulk or customized orders must be cancelled within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Cancellation of customized or large orders may incur charges or deductions as per agreement.
6. Replacement Policy (No Refunds)
Refunds are not provided; only replacements are allowed.
Replacements are applicable for:
Defective or damaged products
Incorrect items delivered
Products different from the order placed
Exclusions: Perishables, festival/seasonal items, personal care, and customized products.

B2B / Wholesale Orders: Within 48–72 hours of delivery

All content, images, logos, and product information on the portal are the property of Knoviq India or its partners.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Knoviq India is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from portal use or orders.
All orders are subject to stock availability and verification.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, product descriptions, prices, or availability may contain errors.
9. Privacy
Knoviq India collects personal and business information to process orders, verify accounts, and provide services.
Data is shared only with courier and payment partners for order fulfillment.
