1. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are extra unless otherwise specified on the product page.
• Charges are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location.
• Bulk or wholesale orders may have special shipping terms based on agreement.
• Buyers are responsible for all courier or transportation costs for returns or replacements.

2. Choice of Shipment

• Buyers may choose their preferred courier or shipment service.
• Knoviq India can also arrange shipment through our trusted courier partners if the buyer does not specify.
• All responsibility for theft, loss, or damage during transit rests with the buyer, regardless of the courier used.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Estimated delivery times vary depending on product type, order size, and location.
• Retail / Individual Orders: Usually delivered within 5–10 business days.
• B2B / Wholesale Orders: Delivery may take 7–14 business days, or longer for bulk/customized orders.
• Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Process

1. After order confirmation, your order is processed and packed.
2. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.
3. Orders are shipped through the buyer’s chosen courier or a courier arranged by Knoviq India.

5. Delivery Responsibility

• Knoviq India is responsible for dispatching the order.
• Knoviq India is not liable for theft, loss, or damage once the product is handed over to the courier.
• Buyers must provide accurate shipping addresses and ensure availability for delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Inspect products immediately upon delivery.
• In case of damage or loss during transit, Knoviq India is not responsible.
• Any claims must be addressed directly with the courier service chosen.

7. Special Notes

• Customized orders, festival products, or bulk orders may require additional processing and delivery time.
• International shipping, if available, will have separate charges, timelines, and terms, communicated before dispatch.
