1. Eligibility for Replacement
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Replacements are accepted for:
Defective or damaged products
Incorrect items delivered
Products different from the order placed
Certain items cannot be replaced, including:
Perishable goods
Festival or seasonal products
Personal care items
Customized or made-to-order products
2. Refund & Replacement Timeline
Retail Orders: Replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
B2B / Wholesale Orders: Requests must be initiated within 48–72 hours of delivery.
Requests must include order number, product details, and reason for replacement.

Ship the product back in original packaging.
Upon inspection:
✅ Approved → Replacement shipped
❌ Not approved → Product returned to buyer
4. Shipping / Transportation Costs
All courier or transportation costs for returning the product are borne by the buyer.
Replacement will be shipped once the returned product is verified and approved.
Knoviq India is not responsible for any damage during transit.
5. Important Notes
Only replacement is offered; refunds will not be provided.
Ensure all returned items are packaged securely to avoid damage during shipping.
Customized orders may not be eligible for replacement unless defective or incorrect.
