1. Eligibility
B2B / Wholesale Customers: Primarily for registered businesses, resellers, and distributors. Valid documents like GST, Trade License, and PAN are required.
Individual Buyers: Individuals may place orders if approved by Knoviq India management or under specific sales schemes.
Replacement and cancellation policies apply to both categories, with timelines adjusted based on order type (retail or bulk).
2. Order Cancellation
Individual / Retail Orders:
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed, but you can initiate a replacement request if eligible.
B2B / Wholesale Orders:
Bulk or customized orders may have specific cancellation timelines.
Cancellation must be requested within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
For large or customized orders, cancellation may incur charges or deductions as per agreement.
3. Replacement Policy (No Refunds)
Refunds are not provided; only replacements are allowed.
Replacements are offered for:
Defective or damaged products
Incorrect items delivered
Products different from the order placed
Exclusions: Perishables, festival/seasonal items, personal care, customized products
Replacement Timeline
Individual / Retail Orders: Within 7 days of delivery
B2B / Wholesale Orders: Within 48–72 hours of delivery

4. Important Notes
Knoviq India reserves the right to approve or reject cancellations or replacement requests.
Replacement only, no refunds under any circumstance.
Ensure secure packaging when returning products to avoid transit damage.
Customized orders may not be eligible for replacement unless defective or incorrect.
